It's not that you can't get support by phone, but the faster and preferred methods are either by the Live Assistance available on our site where you can chat in real time with one of our representatives or by using the support form located in the Customer Service area. We receive 100s of phone calls per day which are generally picked up by voice mail. Calls are generally returned within 24 hours but sometimes up to 72 hours. Support is always faster and more thorough when we are able to have your issue in writing and are able to direct it to the proper staff member for handling. In order to have a larger staff on duty to accommodate for telephone support, we would need to increase the cost of our services tremendously in order to accommodate payrolls.

I let my domain registration expire because I no longer want it, why am I still getting billed by The Real Estate Host?
Because your domain registration has nothing to do with your hosting account on our servers other than making it easier for your visitors to reach your site rather than having to type in an IP address. When your domain name expired, your hosting account and web pages are still on our servers. There is no way for us to know that you are letting your domain registration expire unless you tell us or cancel your hosting account. To cancel your hosting account you need to submit the Account Cancellation Request located in the Customer Service Area.

If your domain registration expired and it shows as being in redemption period we no longer have control over your domain name. You can either contact Bulk Register directly and make arrangements with them to regain ownership or you can request us to do this for you by submitting the form located in the Customer Service Area titled Purchase Domain Out of Redemption Period. There is a 200.00 fee to buy the domain registration back from the Registrar.
