BLUEINKIT.COM will appear on your banking/credit card statement as the payee for payments processed.

REFUNDS:
Domain registrations, SSL Certificate, and web design fees are non-refundable. We do not refund partial monthly or annual web hosting fees beyond the first 30 days of account signup.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION:
Your account must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the billing date for your account to avoid loss of fees. IDX Integration clients must submit cancellations 30 days prior to their next billing date due to the IDX requiring a 30 day notice for cancellation.

Credit Card Reversals/Chargebacks, Return Check Fees & Actions:
Account is immediately suspended, all domain registrations are frozen at the registrar, and user will incur a Chargeback/Return Check Handling Fee of $45.00 and Account Suspension Fee of $35.00. All fees must be paid prior to account restoration or release of any domain registration(s). In the event that fees are unpaid, all information and communications pertaining to the account will be forwarded to our legal department and/or 3rd party collection service for remediation.
