IMPORTANT: For the safe keeping of your email in the event of a fatal hard drive failure, and also because your web hosting account does not come with an unlimited amount of disk space, we recommend that you use an email client, (eg. Outlook, etc.) to download email off the server to your computer and only utilize webmail when you are away from your computer.
There are 2 methods you can connect to your webmail:
1. Access Webmail Directly: FASTEST
– In your web browser navigate to https://www.yourdomain.com:2086 (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).
– Enter your email address and its password.
2. Through cPanel:
– Log into the cPanel for your web hosting account: https://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).
– Enter the username & password assigned to your web hosting account when you signed up.
– Once inside navigate to > Email Accounts and click.
– To the right of each email address click the link titled “Check Email”
When you initially access webmail for the first time, you will be required to configure your webmail settings.
